FoodieBuddy acts as an intermediary platform connecting chefs and customers. We do not prepare, store, or handle any food products. The quality, safety, and legality of meals are the sole responsibility of the chefs.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. FoodieBuddy does not store any credit card information. The payment processing fee (2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is applied by Stripe.
Personal data (name, email, address) is collected solely for the purpose of operating the platform (order management, chef verification, communication). We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us at foodie@foodiebuddy.org.
FoodieBuddy is not liable for any issues arising from meal quality, allergies, delivery, or interactions between chefs and customers. Chefs are responsible for complying with local health regulations.
Founding Chef badge, launch bonuses (+10%/meal during launch period), and referral rewards ($10 per referred chef after 10 sales) are subject to availability and may be modified or terminated at any time.
